On the one hand, I'm happy to see at least a few faces of color in there. Latino, Asian.
On the other hand, I wonder how many years, plural, until I see multiple Black hires, plural, in a photo like this.
Not a teen MAIP intern nestled into a corner of the photo like agencies like Campbell-Ewald would always do, trying to play off temporary interns as if they were proof of diversity.
I mean multiple full-time Black staff added to a team and proudly announced in public.
