The detail above from the Campaign website makes an unintentional—albeit powerful—statement about the U.K. advertising industry. “A view from the top” comes from Chairman of Omnicom Europe and Vice-Chairman of Omnicom (and Old White Guy) Peter Mead. “A view from the bottom” comes from Maxus Senior Strategist Yewande Sokan.
