DiversityInc supplemented its Top 50 Companies for Diversity® list with the Top Ten Companies for Recruitment & Retention. Now, we all know the advertising industry has failed miserably in those two areas. Regarding Recruitment & Retention, Madison Avenue’s been on R&R—in serious need of R&D.
